Location The hotel takes its name from one of the most important personalities of the city (Condestable Davalos ) situated in a magnificent Palace constructed in the 16th and 17th centuries. It stands in the most attractive part of town, among many renaissance monuments. Rooms The most attractive feature of the accommodations is their high ceilings. They are decorated in wood and tiled floors giving a comforting and cozy atmosphere. The six bedaccommodations facing the square, where the hotel is situated and the one facing the cathedral deserve a special mention. Restaurant This hotel has quite a bright restaurant, where one can find typical international dishes. Guests should sample the local dishes such as fried black pudding and partridge salad. For dessert there is a varied range of cakes or "nun's sighs" similar to custard with a type of sponge. General The Parador is situated in the Velazquez de Molina square, in the old quarter of the town next to the sacred chapel of El Salvador, The Marques de Mancera palace and Vaquez Molina palace.
