Location
The hotel is situated on a quiet road in a residential region just outside the centre of Izola.The beach is only a 50 metres walk from the hotel.The hotel itself is situated on the Simonov Zaliv complex which is sign posted from the main road into Izola.

Rooms are medium size, modern, well equipt and in good condition.Bathaccommodations are also of a good standard.Most accommodations have a balcony.

Restaurant
The restaurant is situated in the main building and serves breakfast in the morning and lunch or dinner for groups.There is another restaurant on the complex which overlooks the sea.
