Near centre of the city, approx 10-15 a short time walk from main square. Near main road with bus routes.

Rooms
Basic accessories; fixtures and fittings in dark wood and beiges browns and lively patterns. Bathaccommodations are basic, but clean and adequate.

Restaurant
Is on ground level down a corridor off the main lobby. The furniture has been designed strikingly but it is large, clean and functional.

General
Very similar to most eastern European hotels built during the heyday of socialism. It is basic, but clean. The hotel has plans for privatization.

Hotel is situated near St. Republique street near the Central Park.

Rooms
All vary in size, however majority of the accommodations are quite spacious. The colors predominantly are of Paisley origin and all the furniture of bright orange color. It is very much in 1960's style. Although bedaccommodations and bathaccommodations are old fashioned, they are however kept in a good condition. With all Romanian hotels there is a certain sense of post dated furnishings or atmosphere.

Restaurant is serving traditional Romanian and International Cuisine.

A good hotel for budget conscious travelers who wish to explore Brasov and the surrounds.

Location
The hotel is situated in the historical centre of the town. It is in fact one of the oldest buildings in Brasov. It opened in 1910 and is built in the architectural style of the beginning of the 20th century.

Rooms
Very bright coloured, bedaccommodations with shades of orange and yellow. These colours give accommodations airy and bright ambience. Rooms are on average size or small and with basic furnishings, all seem to be in good condition.

Restaurant
Restaurant offers a wide range of local Romanian and International food. It is simply decorated and furnished.

General
Hotel does seem to appear very comfortable although basic. Outside of the hotel there is a small seating region with plenty of foliage.
