Location
Twizel is situated on the main highway between Christchurch and Queenstown. It's a township that was developed during the pioneering era of the South Island. Located just 60 km from Mount Cook National park and the mountain of the same name. The region is great for outdoor sports and activities in some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world.

The standard accommodations are spacious and have floor to ceiling sliding doors with picture balcony. All accommodations have shower over bathtub. Facilities include Satellite TV, Hairdryer and direct dial telephones. Room service is available only between 07:00 and 20:30

The large dining accommodation serves both buffet and a'la carte meals and the restaurant can prepare packed lunches for guests making the most of the activities.

A great place to enjoy a break in the wilderness of the Mount cook region. There is a golf course adjacent to the hotel, great fishing, mountain biking etc. Well situated for continuing the tour in either direction, Queenstown and Wanaka to the south, or Christchurch to the north.
