The hotel is centrally situated, approximately 10 a short time walk from the central station and opposite the church. Zutphen is approximately 14km from Deventer and about 17km from Apeldoorn. It's within easy access of the A1 motorway.

The Rooms are fairly modern, unlike the rest of the hotel which is quite traditional. They are decorated in yellows and blues and each has a desk and chairs. They are in a good condition as are the bathaccommodations.

Restaurant
The hotel has two restaurants the "Serrerestaurant" and "The Countess" serving either French or Dutch cuisine
